Exchanges and Returns
Rusk Racing wants you to be satisfied with your purchase,
therefore, part of our commitment to our customers is to ensure
that every product is covered under a manufacturer warranty. We
understand there may be circumstances which require an exchange.
The following information offers you help in directing you through
our simple policies and procedures for exchanges or returns.
Make sure you read the instructions on this website before you
install. Clean and prep your plastic. We do not
replace graphics if you ruin them while installing.
Exchanging a Defective
Product or Mistake on your Graphic
Manufacturer warranties apply to defective merchandise. Warranties
through Rusk Racing are for defective exchange only and in this
case the entire package (box, contents, accessories and product
registration card) must be included. credit options may not
apply. Yes we do make mistakes. If you have a
misspelling or your order is wrong just email us and we will send
out a new set ASAP. You do not need to send the old product
back.
Shipping Information
Products should be returned via an insured carrier within two
weeks of receipt of the return authorization. All returns must be
received in our Aztec office. The address is as follows:

Return Authorization
Numbers must be placed on the outside of the box and on your
packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, make sure the
return authorization is visibly denoted on the outside of the box.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Information
If you have a typo or misspelling on a graphic we will ship a new
one ASAP with the new spellings at no charge and we will not
charge any shipping fees. On other products credit will be applied
to your account after inspection of the product condition. Refunds
will be applied to the original payment method. Returns received
in the warehouse in new condition may be subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Policies in an effort to provide consistent
quality and service we have provided the following policy
information for our customers.
Product Availability
1.Rusk Racing cannot guarantee that a product will be available on
a continued basis.
2.Due to the nature of our business, quantities are limited to
stock on-hand while supplies last.
3.Your order will be shipped or placed on back-order, depending on
the availability of the item(s) on your order.
4.Item availability and prices subject to change without notice.
5.All in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Warranties and Returns
1.All products purchased from Rusk Racing are warrantied against
defects.
2.All defective products are first handled through the
manufacturer.
3.All defective returns handled on a repair/replacement basis
only.
4.All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5.Returns for reasons other than defective are accepted only
within the first 30 days.
6. Product must be received in the original manufacturer packaging
in order to be processed.
Pricing
1.The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price
that is charged.
2.Internet shipping prices do not apply to phone or mail orders.
3.Internet product prices may not apply to phone or mail orders.
Payment Information
1.No credit card charges will occur until the order is shipped.
2.All credit card orders over $500 shipping to an address, other
than the credit card billing address, will be delayed.
3.Current billing address and phone information must be included
in every order.
4.Allow 14 days for processing checks greater than $500.
5.Current address and phone information must be printed on all
checks.
6.Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 charge. All payments
are made in US dollars.
7.Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express are accepted.
8.Purchase orders are accepted for government and education only.
Tax, Insurance and Fees
1. 6.54% sales tax will be charged to New Mexico customers.
Order Confirmation?
Please do not rely on email order confirmations to assure that
your order has been placed. At times we may undergo technical
maintenance at which time your email confirmation may not be sent.

When will my order be
downloaded?
Our online orders are downloaded into our network on or around
9am, 12pm, and 3pm mst.
